Open volunteer opportunities include helping in the organic garden, food closet and community closet.
Program Volunteer
Food Closet:

Sorting, stocking, and packing food boxes

Produce distribution (1st Tuesday each month, 1:30 - 3 pm)

Serve hot meals & clean (every Wednesday 4:30 - 6:30 pm) - Currently not in operation due to the Pandemic
Community Closet:

Sorting and hanging clothing/pairing shoes

At EHP, we serve more than 10,000 individuals in need every year with food, clothing, and household essentials. There are several ways an individual or group can help:

Collect, donate, pack hygiene kits

Collect baby items and essentials, assemble layette gift sets

Collect backpacks and school supplies for children

Organize food drive by collecting nonperishable food essentials*

Maximizing Your Potential Workshop Series:
